Any buyer's tech-pack becomes one canonical spec in the language the floor speaks — fabric, GSM, DIA, marker, colours, measurements. The FUS is the complete ledger of everything tied to the order; you choose the depth by your access. The merchandiser turns it into an accurate HK1; management reads it as yarn to buy, target price, margin & milestones. One record, deepening Inquiry → Development → Bulk. Synthetic data.
A buyer's XYZ format (Excel, a buying-house PDF, an emailed scan) is read by vision and mapped to the factory's own canonical tech-pack — no re-keying, nothing lost.
Click a buyer format on the left — the factory always reads the same shape out. No "which template was this?"
Fabric, GSM, DIA, marker, colours, trims & measurements — and a structural BOM that drills from garment → fabric → yarn · knitting · dyeing, with price and process loss at each stage. This is the basis of every calculation.
Click the article and its visual material opens — front/back sketches, construction detail, artwork & swatch. Every part of the order carries its own images in the ledger. (Schematic; synthetic.)
Click a row to drill down. The FUS is the whole order's ledger — you open only as deep as your access. Management usually opens Yarn (what to buy, target price), then knitting & dyeing.
| Component / stage | Detail | Qty · loss | $/pc |
|---|
Every stage rolls up: yarn + knitting + dyeing = fabric; fabric + trims = material; material + make + factory = HK1. Change the marker, the yarn price or a trim, and it re-rolls.
The factory is its own buying house here — it nominates where to knit and dye, chosen by the buyer's requirements (compliance, quality) and price. Some units are buyer-nominated, the rest are the factory's own call.
